![]() ![]() ![]() In Exchange Online only the Send On Behalf rights can be delegated to other users which would show the From: address as "sent by userA on behalf of userB" which is probably not as transparent a solution as you are looking for. In an on-premise deployment you could (using the Exchange Management tools) assign Send-As rights for all 4 'shared' mailboxes to the primary mailbox for the employee responsible for handling those other mailboxes, so that when they replied to any message they could enter the desired alias in the From: field in Outlook. Putting all 4 SMTP addresses on the same account will work for incoming mail as you described but only one address can be the Primary SMTP alias, and thus the Reply-To address (as seen in the From field by the recipient). If you want the user to be able to respond to emails using any of the 4 STMP address as their Reply-To address then you'll need to have 4 different mailboxes setup. ![]()
